Advokátní kancelář Kříž a partneři s.r.o. provides comprehensive legal services to Czech and foreign clientele. This is reflected in the provision of services in a wide range of areas of valid law, and in the corresponding number, specialization and language skills of particular attorneys.
Under the name Advokátní kancelář Kříž a Bělina, at that time as an association of attorneys, it started providing legal services already in 1991, since then, it has gained vast experience in provision of legal services and it has always been one of professionally important law offices in the Czech Republic. The legal team consists of experienced professionals.
We provide legal services with the efforts to find the right solution for each client in any situation. What helps us in these efforts is, among others, the experience gained from the implementation of big projects, where the legal services had to take into account also the commercial aspect.
At representation of the client in litigation, we place an emphasize on taking the steps that are the most suitable for the client, including consistent claiming the client´s rights in court and amicable solution, as may be the case.
