Biography
Eliška Jedličková graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague. She has been working for Advokátní kancelář Kříž a partneři s.r.o. since 1992. Before that, she worked for state administration, including the Office of the Government of the Czech Republic, where she mainly dealt with legislation and contributed to the drafting of many important legal regulations in the area of private and administrative law. From 1992, she spent a few years in the Legislative Council of the Czech Government.
Orientation
JUDr. Eliška Jedličková specialises in commercial law, administrative law and construction law. She is involved in projects of acquisition of ownership interests, especially shares of capital. She has extensive knowledge and wide-ranging experience in company law – the process of foundation of business companies and their operation, performance of bodies thereof and restructuring of commercial companies and privatisation of state-owned enterprises. She also provides legal services in the fields of contract law, and legal due diligence. She is involved in legal analyses and elaborates legal opinions on major projects, contracts and documents.
