Michal Morawski graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague. In 2000, at the same university, he passed a post-Master´s examination in financial and insurance law and got his degree JUDr. He has been working as an attorney for Advokátní kancelář Kříž a partneři s.r.o. since 2016. Before that, he worked as a lawyer in the insurance sector and as a principal commercial lawyer for the company Česká pošta s.p..
Membership
He is a member of four board of appeals for the Minister of Trade and Industry, including the Chamber of commodity exchange.
Orientation
The attorney JUDr. Michal Morawski specializes in civil law, commercial law and insurance law. He has vast experience in the aforementioned areas of law, including frequent representation of clients in litigation, mainly in assertion of claims of clients against insurance companies in court. Furthermore, he is focused on the area of gambling law and lotteries law and provision of services in the area of public procurement and competition law. He can speak English.
