Hana Křížová (b. 1951, in Žatec) graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University Law in Prague. She has been working for Advokátní kancelář Kříž a partneři s.r.o. since 1991. Before that, she was a judge at a district court, serving in both civil and criminal proceedings, a senior lecturer in the field of law at the Czech Agricultural University in Prague and worked in the position of the department manager for a leading Czech radio broadcasting company.
JUDr. Hana Křížová specialises in laws of press, protection of personality and the protection of good reputation of legal entities. She has vast knowledge and experience in the areas of the right to freedom of expression, the right to information and protection from abuse thereof. She provides legal services at both extrajudicial and judicial disputes concerning claims in this sphere of legal relations, both to clients from the midst of publishers and on the side of affected individuals and corporations.
